Cedars Woodfire Grill, a new fast casual concept with a fresh approach to the restaurant business, is opening its second area restaurant on Monday, August 6. Guests are invited to enjoy Cedars' fresh food in a healthy, casual atmosphere with friends and family.
Cedars is a North Texas born concept targeted at people of all ages who enjoy great food and live active lifestyles. Meals are carefully crafted for a healthy serving of food with no freezers, no fryers, and no microwaves in the restaurant. Everything at Cedars is cooked to order on a large open grill in the heart of the restaurant using dry heat which is one of the healthiest ways to cook. Menu items include salads, entree bowls, sandwiches, and woodfire wraps. Guests have the ability to customize orders by asking for skinny grill, gluten free, low sodium, meatless and more.
Cedars has two North Texas locations, in Plano on 6509 West Park Blvd. and in Frisco on 4710 Preston Road. Lunch and dinner are served from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Customers are invited to grab a bite on the go or lounge in the dining room and enjoy a leisurely glass of wine, and convenient curbside service is available.
